The channel missing from your marketing dashboard
Your ads and emails are measured down to the click. Yet the most trusted channel - your own people in real conversations - doesn't exist in the reports. Here's how to finally measure it.

Open any marketing dashboard: ads, email, social, SEO - all counted down to the click. Now look for the channel that generates the most trust every day: your own people talking to clients, partners and candidates. It isn't there. That's the "human channel" - the largest and most underrated one, because it's the hardest to measure.
Why it's invisible
A 200-person company generates thousands of messages and conversations a day, each carrying a brand signal. These interactions happen out of reach of the tools: in emails, at conferences, over coffee, in referrals. And that's exactly where trust is born - research has shown for years that people trust recommendations from people they know above all else.
The effect: underfunding what works
If something isn't visible in a report, it's easy to neglect. So the human channel is often left to fend for itself:
- outdated signatures and profiles,
- no consistent presentation or call to action,
- zero data on how many contacts it actually produces.
How to close the measurement loop
This is where the NFC card comes in. Every tap turns a face-to-face conversation into a countable event: who, when, what they were interested in, what they saved. A channel that used to be marketing's "dark matter" suddenly starts leaving a trace in the data.
The point isn't to measure people. It's to finally value and instrument the most trusted channel you have - and stop wasting it.
The first step
Start by unifying identity: one current profile, a consistent presentation and a single tap that connects the offline world with your CRM. Then the most valuable channel in the company stops being invisible - and you gain data that simply wasn't there before.
